THE RESET PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a place in and/or participating in The Reset Program (“the Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Program Overview

 

The Reset Program is an in-person workshop style weekend, followed by a live Zoom follow-up session, designed to provide education and practical guidance to support improvements in nutrition and lifestyle habits that influence energy, metabolic health, and healthy ageing.


The Program is science-informed and educational in nature and may include group education sessions, movement sessions, workshops and lifestyle-based discussions.


The Program does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for personalised medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation is voluntary and individual outcomes may vary.

2. Eligibility & Participation

 

By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are physically and mentally able to participate
  • You will inform the organisers of any relevant medical conditions prior to the Program
  • You understand that participation is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility
  • You are responsible for listening to your body and modifying or discontinuing participation as needed

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

 

The Reset Program does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

 

You acknowledge that:

  • You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing
  • You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to diet, exercise, or lifestyle
  • The organisers are not responsible for individual health outcomes

4. Payment & Pricing

 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.


Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the Program. Alternatively, participants may choose to use Klarna, which may allow the payment to be split into instalments subject to Klarna’s terms and approval at checkout.


Places in the Program are limited and subject to availability.

5. Refund Policy


All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.


Participants are eligible for a full refund of the Program fee minus:

  • Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe transaction fees, typically approximately 1.75–2.9% of the total transaction plus a small fixed fee)
  • A $50 AUD administration fee

Participants may also transfer their place to another person by providing written notice prior to the Program start date.


All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

6. Transfer of Registration

 

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval by the organisers.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing
  • Transfers must be finalised prior to the Program start date

7. Program Cancellation or Rescheduling

 

If the Program is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers, participants will be offered the option to:

  • Transfer their registration to a future Program date, or
  • Receive a refund of the Program fee minus any non-refundable payment processing fees

The organisers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

8. Intellectual Property

 

All materials provided as part of the Program,  including presentations, workbooks, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of the organisers.


These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Photography & Media

 

The Program may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.


By participating, you consent to the use of photographs, audio, or video recordings that may include your image or voice.


If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the organisers prior to the Program.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Participation in the Program is at your own risk
  • The organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Program

This clause does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Code of Conduct

 

The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the Program.


In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

12. Australian Consumer Law

 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to services not provided with due care and skill or as described.

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.


Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. Acceptance of Terms

 

By completing your registration and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • You agree to be bound by them
