CHECK OUT THE RESULTS
The Whole Food Challenge is more than a weight loss program, we want to educate you on how to nourish your body, fix your relationship with food and improve your quality of life…BIG PROMISES I know, especially considering it’s such a short program.
But we know it can work if you commit. In the challenge, we ask you to fill in a symptom question before and after the program, so we can track any changes.
Based on feedback from those who completed the WFC in the past:
100% reported more energy
88% improved digestion
87.5% improved weight/metabolic markers
67% reduction in symptoms such as pain
62.5% felt less stressed
This program was the best I have done and I have done a lot over the years from weight watchers, Michelle bridges etc , Dr Denise and Di delivered a very informative program and in a supportive group of people who were all on their own health journey. It wasn’t just about losing weight , it was more about a healthy lifestyle and making small changes . Before I started this challenge I was in a lot of pain , not sleeping and had no energy and very down . 4 weeks later I have lost 4.5 kg , my pain and inflammation have decreased and I am sleeping better , I have more energy and my moods have improved. My mindset has changed completely and I now choose the healthy foods as I know they make me feel so much better. To Dr Denise and Di I would like to Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work in putting together a great program that has changed my life. I would highly recommend this Whole food challenge if you are looking to make some healthy changes in your life.❤️
WHAT IS THE WHOLE FOOD CHALLENGE?
The Whole Food Challenge focuses on eating real, whole foods, minimising chemicals and additives, and giving your body the nutrients it needs to repair, rebalance and thrive. While everyone’s journey is unique, this simple whole-food approach has helped many people experience improvements such as better energy, clearer skin, reduced inflammation, and even a shift towards healthier ageing.
Instead of counting calories or obsessing over numbers, the focus is on quality. Simple changes — like removing processed foods, reducing sugar and eating nutrient-dense meals — can transform how you feel, think and move through your day.
Now that I’ve done the Whole Food Challenge, I have a much better relationship with food and can get by without six coffees!!! Plus, I’m now off my daily antihistamines.
Each week, we will cover a new topic to help improve your clarity and gain the knowledge you need:
Access to the recipes, example meal plans, the welcome guide and a bonus session to help you map out your goals and intentions will be unlocked in your portal on 12th January. This allows for some prep work for those who purchased the program early.
WEEK 1
In week 1 of the challenge we start slowly to ease you into the basics of a whole food diet and start delving into our eating patterns and behaviours. This is all part of setting a strong foundation for success.
WEEK 2
This module covers foods that harm and foods that heal. The first thing you need to kick to really jumpstart your health and wellness journey is sugar! We will also explore other inflammatory foods and guide you to creating your own healthy plate.
WEEK 3
Stress free eating
It’s no coincidence that people who report higher levels of stress, are also more likely to binge eat or use food for comfort. This module tackles sleep and stress to give our mind and body a chance to recover.
WEEK 4
Gut health
Restoring and balancing a healthy gut is vital! A healthy gut is needed to support your immune system, absorb nutrients and cleanse your body. You’ll learn about prebiotics and probiotics to not only help your gut, but also your brain, skin and overall health and wellbeing.
Hello! I'm Dr. Denise Furness (PhD)
As a geneticist, nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner, I’ve spent over 20 years helping people understand how their diet, lifestyle and environment influence their DNA, hormones and deep health.
My own journey through high stress, autoimmune issues and burnout taught me the importance of food as information — the daily signals that influence our cells, energy, mood and long-term resilience.
The Whole Food Challenge brings together the simple, powerful principles I’ve seen help people nourish their body with the right foods, reduce inflammation, support metabolic balance (including healthy fat loss), and create habits that promote clarity, energy and healthy ageing.
My mission is to help you feel empowered in your body — not restricted, overwhelmed or confused — so you can build health that lasts for years to come.
MY COMMITMENT TO YOU
The Whole Food Challenge is designed to give you structure, clarity and support — without perfectionism or pressure. You don’t need to follow every step flawlessly to benefit. What matters most is showing up, learning, and taking small, consistent actions.
You’ll have guidance from me throughout the month, along with a supportive community to keep you motivated and accountable. I’m here to help you navigate challenges, stay focused on what matters most, and build habits that support your long-term health and wellbeing.
Whether your goals relate to energy, metabolism, hormones, mood, digestion or healthy ageing, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Taking your diet and lifestyle advice, my thyroid has stabilised and my hashimoto and inflammatory count has halved! So I'm almost back to normal and feeling so much better. I can't thank you enough! You're amazing for doing what you do and helping so many people.

I have just completed an amazing four weeks whole food challenge with Dr Denise Furness and Health Coach Di. They were both very motivating and informative, always happy to answer any questions and provided a lot of useful resources and information. I loved the recipes that gave us to try and made doing the programme easy with a menu plan and shopping list. I felt great at then end of the programme and would be keen to do it again. I can highly recommend Dr Denise Furness and Health coach Di Hill, this has been one of the best programmes I have done.
