Saturday you’ll dive into the key drivers of ageing, energy and cellular health, including metabolic health and inflammation. Plus, how these can be assessed using simple, clinically relevant assessments, along with common blood biomarkers - and how to interpret them using optimal ranges, not just what’s considered ‘normal’.
We’ll walk through how nutrition, movement, sleep and lifestyle influence these systems, with sessions broken up by movement and time outdoors to keep things engaging, practical and fun.

This follow-up session is an opportunity to reconnect as a group after your 30-Day Reset, check in on your progress, share what’s been working (and what’s been challenging), and ask any questions that have come up along the way.

This weekend is designed to help you step away from the constant demands of daily life, reconnect with purpose, and tune back into what your mind and body needs.
You’ll learn how to improve your energy (your body’s “batteries”, known as mitochondria), build strength, no matter your age or starting point, and use simple strategies to support your weight and long-term brain health.
You’ll also connect with like-minded people, have a good laugh, and create space to focus on yourself in a way that’s often hard to do in our busy, often stressful lives.
From this, you’ll be guided to create your own personalised 30-Day Reset Plan. Plus, an accountability call to help you stay on track.
The plan will not be something complicated or overwhelming. Just a clear, realistic plan based on what matters most for you right now and what you can stick to.
So, you leave knowing what to focus on and confident in how to move forward.

The Reset Program is led by Craig Harper and Dr Denise Furness, combining expertise in mindset, behaviour change, movement, metabolic and cellular function, and the science of healthy ageing, all translated into practical, real-world strategies.

Dr Denise Furness
Dr Denise Furness (PhD) iis a functional geneticist and nutritionist with over 20 years’ experience in nutrigenomics, epigenetics, and personalised health. She began her career as a research scientist, publishing in peer-reviewed journals and receiving multiple awards for her research and conference presentations. In 2012, Denise founded Your Genes & Nutrition, where she now focuses on translating complex science into practical strategies that help people improve their health, energy, and long-term wellbeing. Having personally recovered from autoimmune thyroid disease, and with a strong personal interest in healthy ageing and brain health, Denise combines scientific expertise with lived experience. Her passion is helping people understand their unique biology so they can make informed choices that support better health and longevity.

Craig Harper
Craig Harper is one of Australia’s leading presenters, writers and educators in the areas of health, high-performance, resilience, self-management, leadership, corporate change, communication, personal transformation and more broadly, human behaviour. Craig has worked as an Exercise Scientist, Corporate Speaker and Consultant, University Lecturer, AFL Conditioning Coach, Radio Host, TV Presenter, Newspaper Columnist and successful Business Owner. He hosts a high-rating Podcast called ‘The You Project’, is the author of seven books and is currently completing a Ph.D. in Psychology.

Is The Reset Program a retreat, a workshop, or a health program?
The Reset Program is best described as a practical health and performance workshop with follow-up support.
It is not a traditional wellness retreat, and it is not an intensive clinical program. Instead, it’s a structured weekend designed to help you step back from the pace of everyday life, understand the science behind energy, metabolism, and healthy ageing, and take an honest look at the habits shaping your long-term health and performance.
Across the weekend you will participate in education sessions, movement, practical discussions, and guided reflection designed to help you translate knowledge into action.
By the end of the program, you will leave with a personalised 30-Day Reset Plan based on what you’ve learned and what you can realistically implement in your daily life.
A follow-up group Zoom session just over a month later (around five weeks) provides the opportunity to reflect on your progress, share challenges, and receive guidance to help you stay on track.

The focus of the weekend is to create space away from your usual routine, so you can reset, reflect, and reconnect with your health and what matters most. You’ll experience a weekend with Craig and Denise, blending science, movement (some exercise), and real conversations.
What is Klarna and how does the payment plan work?
Klarna is a payment provider that allows you to split your registration fee into four interest-free payments (subject to approval), similar to services such as Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4.

Is The Reset Program recorded?
No. The Reset Program in person weekend is not recorded. This includes the Friday welcome session and all Saturday and Sunday sessions, so attendance in person is required.
The follow-up Zoom session will be recorded, and a copy will be provided in case you are unable to attend that session live.
Are accommodation, meals, and transport included?
Accommodation, meals, and transport are not included, and this is intentional to give participants flexibility.
The Reset Program is held at Mantra Mooloolaba, you can choose to stay there for convenience. There are also plenty of accommodation options nearby if you prefer something different.
Meals are not included, allowing you to choose where and how you eat. Some participants enjoy sharing meals and conversation with others, while others prefer quiet time to rest, reflect, or recharge between sessions.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Everyone is encouraged to participate in the movement sessions.
These sessions are designed to challenge you and help you reconnect with your physical capability, not to compete with others or push through pain.
If you have a current injury, physical limitation, or health concern, please modify the movements to suit your body. You’re also welcome to let Craig or Denise know so we can help guide appropriate adjustments if you need extra support.
The focus is on doing the best you can with where your body is right now, while safely stepping a little outside your comfort zone.
Whether you’re already active or feel like you’ve lost confidence in your body, the goal is to help you build energy, capability, and physical resilience.
Do I need to attend all sessions?
You are not required to attend every session. However, to get the most out of the weekend and create a meaningful personalised 30-Day Reset Plan, we strongly encourage you to fully engage in the program.
The Reset Program is designed as a complete experience, with each session contributing to your learning, reflection, and practical planning to help you gain more clarity about the changes you want to implement.
If you need to step out briefly, take a moment, or have some quiet time, you’re welcome to do so. However, the more you participate, the more value, clarity, and momentum you are likely to gain from the weekend.
What if I can’t attend the online follow-up session?
If you’re unable to attend the live online follow-up session via Zoom, the session will be recorded and sent to all participants.
This ensures everyone can revisit the discussion and reflect on their progress with their 30-Day Reset Plan.
